- Simple To Use: The Philips FRx is one of the most easy to use AEDs in the Market. The unit provides clear and continuous instructions to the user on how to use the AED properly.
- Always Ready: The Philips FRx AED carries out daily, weekly and monthly self testing to ensure that the unit is ALWAYS ready for use. Testing includes daily complete testing of AED Pads and Battery.
- Fast Analysis: Using Philips patented Quick Shock technology, the FRx AED does a complete patient analysis and recommends to shock or not to shock in under 8 seconds.
- 100% Safe To Use: The FRx AED will only recommend a shock if the patient has a shockable rhythm. This means the device will never recommend a shock to a patient if a shock is not required.
- Built Tough: The Philips FRx is rated IP 5.5 and is designed for use both Indoors and Outdoors. The AED can be used in extreme heat and humidity and is designed to withstand dust.
- Safe for All Ages: The FRx AED can be used on Children from Birth till 8 years of age using the Same Pads for both Adults and Children. Infant/Child Key must be used for children between birth and 8 years of age.
- No Maintenance/Calibration: The FRx AED is designed to be self-maintaining, which means the AED will Check itself Daily, Weekly and Monthly. The AED also conducts a self-calibration once a month.
- Post Incident Reports: The FRx AED stores all the information from an incident including all ECG Data as well as voice recordings. This data can be recovered for post incident analysis or for any other purpose as required.
